Cancellation Policy

Before your visit: • Please make sure you have confirmed tickets OR that you have confirmed public hours • Due to crowding, there are many weekends that we do not accept walk-ins • Always check our website (www.HickoryRunLavender.com), or call for up-to-date information regarding cancellations or inclement weather • Although we do our best to update social media sites, there may be times we are not able to update our social media sites with all details and request you please provide good contact information for us to contact you • Cancellations: We understand life happens, and kindly request you please contact us at least 24 hours prior to cancelling your visit. • Inclement Weather: We will graciously offer a rain-date if the situation arises Please plan for the following: • Make a map of the route in advance; cell reception is spotty and certain GPS systems don’t work well • Unfortunately, NO DOGS are allowed. You may not leave a dog in the car while you visit • NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the premises at any time • Wear good walking shoes. This is a working farm with gravel and uneven surfaces • Wear a hat or other protection from the sun. Wear layers if it is chilly • Drive slowly on our gravel roads to keep the dust down • Keep children with you, under adult supervision, at all times! • In order to preserve the tranquil experience, NO DRONES are allowed.
