Reflections: Gratitude and Exciting New Beginnings on the Lavender Farm

As we wrap up our lavender season at Hickory Run Lavender Farm, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited us this year. Opening our farm to the public for the first time has been an incredible experience, and we are deeply grateful for the kind words, encouragement, and support we've received from our community.

This season exceeded our expectations in so many ways, starting with our lavender harvest. The first bloom was abundant, and we’re thrilled to see some of our plants preparing for a second bloom. Although the lavender season is winding down, our journey is just beginning, and we’re excited to share what’s next.

We’re pleased to announce that we are collaborating with various small businesses in our community to host future events on the farm. We believe in supporting our community, and we’re passionate about creating special events that bring people together in a peaceful, natural setting.

We’ve already scheduled two upcoming events that we’re particularly excited about: “Evening of Sound in the Lavender Fields” and the “New Moon Ceremony.” Both events are designed to offer a sense of calm and peacefulness through guided meditation, and they present a wonderful opportunity to meet local business owners, learn about their services or products, and experience something new.

We encourage you to check our events page frequently, as we’re working hard to update it with new events as they are scheduled. If you have any questions or are interested in hosting an event on our farm, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you again for your incredible support. We’re excited about the future and all the changes on the horizon. As we navigate this journey, we continue to “keep calm and smell lavender.”
